## Context
Teamwork is a client work management platform for projects, tasks, and service delivery.

Teamwork tasks are usually tied to a specific client and project, so when Unless pulls finished tasks into Living Knowledge, the agent grounds its answers in work that was actually delivered, not just logged. The Team Assistant works on top of Teamwork, answering questions directly from Living Knowledge and a search of related tasks, and when a client question needs a person, the agent opens a task in Teamwork, or hands off by email.

- __Delivered work becomes knowledge:__ Finished Teamwork tasks feed Living Knowledge, so the agent answers common client questions on its own instead of repeating the same explanation project after project.
- __Team Assistant on top of Teamwork:__ Your team answers tasks inside Teamwork, drawing on Living Knowledge and related tasks, without switching tools.
- __Escalation lands on the right project:__ When a client question needs a person, the agent opens a task on that client's Teamwork project, or hands off by email, always with full context.

### How does it work?
Unless pulls finished tasks from Teamwork into Living Knowledge, grounding the agent in work your team has actually delivered to that client. The Team Assistant answers on top of Teamwork using that knowledge and a search of related tasks, and opens a task on the right project, or emails, when a person needs to step in.

## Install instructions
Once at the [Integrations tab](https://unless.com/en/dashboard/data-management/integrations/kb/teamwork "Unless dashboard integrations") of your Unless dashboard, you can select "Configure" for the Teamwork integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Teamwork account and set up the integration.
