## Context
monday.com is a work operating system teams use to manage projects, requests, and workflows.

Because monday.com boards mix tasks, requests, and workflow items in one place, Living Knowledge treats every item marked done as a resolved case, so the agent picks up answers from wherever the work actually happened, not just from a dedicated support board. The Team Assistant sits on top of Monday and answers directly from Living Knowledge and a search of related items, and when a question needs a person, it opens an item on the right board, or hands off by email.

### How does it work?
Unless watches your monday.com boards and pulls closed-out items into Living Knowledge, where they ground the agent and keep your Help Center current. The Team Assistant answers on top of Monday using that knowledge and a search of related items, and opens an item on the right board, or emails, when a person needs to step in.

## Install instructions
Once at the [Integrations tab](https://unless.com/en/dashboard/data-management/integrations/kb/monday "Unless dashboard integrations") of your Unless dashboard, you can select "Configure" for the Monday integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Monday account and set up the integration.
