GitHub is where developer communities file issues, open pull requests, and work through problems in public threads rather than private tickets. Unless's AI agent can answer directly inside those issues and discussions, the place your technical users already default to.

Because an issue thread stays on the record, the agent's answer becomes part of the searchable history of the repository, instead of something that has to be re-explained the next time someone hits the same bug. It still runs as one agent across acquisition, retention, expansion, and support, so a contributor who first opened an issue about pricing is recognized if they later file a bug report.

## Install instructions
Once at the [Integrations tab](https://unless.com/en/dashboard/data-management/integrations/kb/github "Unless dashboard integrations") of your Unless dashboard, you can select "Configure" for the GitHub integration. This will open a popup where you can connect GitHub and set up the channel.
