## Context
Affinity is a relationship intelligence CRM built for venture capital, private equity, and dealmaking teams, tracking the network of contacts, companies, and deals a fund's success runs on. That network feeds Living Context, the engine that connects your AI customer agent to your business systems.

Because Affinity already tracks how a relationship formed and who introduced whom, your agent can open a conversation already knowing which deal a contact belongs to and how warm that relationship is, instead of starting from a blank contact card.

When a customer's behavior on your website or in your product signals renewed interest in a deal, the agent pushes that signal into Affinity tagged for whichever partner or associate owns the relationship, so it lands with the person already tracking that company.

### How does it work?
Living Context reads Affinity's contacts, companies, and deal records so your agent can ground a conversation in the relationship history already on file. When the agent spots a signal worth acting on, it writes it back into Affinity against the right deal, for whoever owns that relationship to follow up.

## Install instructions
Once at the [Integrations tab](https://unless.com/en/dashboard/workspace/connectors/affinity "Unless dashboard integrations") of your Unless dashboard, you can select "Configure" for the Affinity integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Affinity account and set up the integration.
